Option One: DIGITAL Portrait photography on Professional Canon Cameras
After the portrait photography session you will receive
1. Websites -
Complete website of all photographs taken
A 'complete' website of the family portrait photographs taken, from which friends and family can order prints.
'Innovations' website - example photographs
This website highlights a selection of photographs to demonstrate how the latest digital treatments can create many interesting images, please click here to see an 'innovations' site.
2. Prints -
All of the photographs above as hand corrected, frame ready prints at 6"x4" size.
3 hand printed enlargements of your choice up to 10"x8" size.
Our fees are totally transparent; we do not charge a low shoot fee and then surprise you with a huge bill for prints later. We know you will be totally wowed by the images and will want a copy of EVERY one, which we include.
A standard shoot is £375 + Vat, please contact us to discuss the options.
Further to the above you can order - canvas prints, framed prints, enlargements, greetings cards and many other items as well as albums. The albums - are superb and hand made in Australia. Every Jorgensen album has a unique layout and style, to see an example just click the link. Extra prints are available from £6 each.
Option Two: THE FILM OPTION - Fine Art Black and White Portrait Photography of Children with a Hasselblad film Camera and Carl Zeiss lenses.
If you really enjoy fine art black and white photography, printed on thicker fibre paper similar in style to the signature images of Norman Parkinson, Cecil Beaton and Lord Snowdon, you should consider this option. Douglas as a professional portrait photographer with many years of experience and technical knowledge can photograph your family using a Hasselblad medium format camera.
The 501C film camera was revered for many years by photographers around the world, it even captured the iconic of images Neil Armstrong on the Moon!
After the photography session you will receive an entire set of black and white 6"x6" prints. These photographs have an indescribable feel and tonality, the film development and all subsequent printing is done by hand in a professional lab specializing in film only, on exacting equipment. Any subsequent chosen enlargements are hand printed on luxurious fibre paper.
